I'm Kareen, the founder of this project, and I accompany women on unique retreats to help them disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, recharge their batteries and rediscover their inner balance.
Women can face many challenges in their lives, and very often they put their personal needs on the back burner.
That's why, through our retreats, we want to honour women by focusing on their well-being.
